Steps to create an order:

You must register on our site to enter your delivery details.

Simply select the items and their quantity to add them to the cart. Make sure you choose the desired quantity/capacity.

You must then select the desired shipping type from the different options. You must first have added at least one address to select it as your billing and shipping address. The billing address must be the address where your credit/debit card is registered.

 Make sure the information you give us is correct, to avoid any delays.

All prices on the site are indicated in euros (€) excluding taxes.

Once you have completed the steps of adding products to the shipping cart and you have chosen the correct shipping, then you must verify the payment.

The fastest and safest method to pay is to pay online using your credit/debit cards. For a validated order, the payment transaction must be approved by the bank. It is important to know that the delivery costs are based on a flat rate and depending on the volume you will be reimbursed or pay the supplement.

To make a bank transfer, make sure you pay sus to cover bank charges. Always write your order reference number in the bank transfer reference field so that we can identify your transaction for faster processing. We may require an invoice (in your name) for the first time you place an order, to confirm the address and to create your account with us. You will only be asked once. You can send us a scanned copy of one of your electricity bills if we ask you to, in order to confirm the information, you have given us.

 Once your order is complete and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

VAT 

All the prices written on the site are exclusive of tax.

3 possibilities:

• – If you are ordering from outside of Europe and the goods are going outside of Europe as well, you do not need to pay VAT.
• – If you are in Europe and you have a business and a valid VAT number, then you must provide us with this information for VAT exemption.

Order processing

As soon as we receive payment for your order, we begin processing the order.

2 cases:

• – All items are available and in stock, orders are processed faster and posted on the same day or no later than next business day
• – If one of the items is not in stock, you will be informed by our customer service by phone or email. In this case we always ask you what you want: a credit note or a replacement product.

Products

It is important to know that the products could have a new packaging compared to the image presented on the site, nevertheless, if the product is the same and the packaging is new, it will be considered as the same product.

Cancelation

You can cancel your order the same day before 4:00 p.m. otherwise we can ship your order. If you are unable to notify us in time and the order has already been dispatched, the only way to cancel this order is to wait until you receive the items and then send them back to us at your costs to obtain reimbursement for the full amount of the products.

This refund is only made if the products are unopened, and have their packaging.
